Summary:

Rocky the bobcat escaped his from his guardian’s house again. This was the second incident. The animal was loose for about an hour before being captured. The guardian is scheduled to appear in court for the incidents. She was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and over $200 in restitution, plus additional fines. The court also ordered a DNA test to determine if Rocky was a purebred bobcat, which are illegal to own in NJ, or if he was a hybrid. The test came back inconclusive.
