Summary:
A 9-year old girl was bitten by a monkey at Wapiti Park Campground in Elk River. The owner of the monkey was visiting friends at the park and had the monkey in a cage. The girl approached the cage and was subsequently bitten. The monkey was a service animal. The girl was not seriously hurt.
