When South Korea’s town of PyeongChang hosts the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games next year, a white tiger and a black bear will serve as mascots. However, only an hour’s drive south of Seoul, there’s a bear bile farm with 230 moon bears in rusty cages: just one of 39 such facilities across the country.
