Summary:
A dog was found emaciated with a wire snare trap wrapped around its torso by a homeowner stringing Christmas lights. It is believed that the snare had been wrapped around the dog for about a week and was embedded in his skin. The dog was taken to a veterinarian and an investigation has been launched to find the person responsible for the illegal trap.
