Outside an Athens, Ohio Texas Roadhouse restaurant last month, a zebra with a pink harness was spotted in a parked minivan. According to Born Free USA’s Exotic Animal Incidents Database, more than 2,000 attacks, “incidents,” and escapes involving exotic “pets” have happened since 1990.
