Recently the Norwegian group (Network for Animal Freedom) conducted and investigation of fur farms in Norway and have shared the images with Born Free USA and other groups working to put an end to the cruelty of the fur trade. While these images were taken in Norway, this is standard industry practice. Fur farms all over the world, including the United States, look no different.

The desperation, pain, suffering, and despair of the animals is part to the business no matter the location.
As hard as it may be, the least we can do is bear witness to their suffering and let the rage and sorrow the images bring spur us into action to end this cruel and unnecessary industry once and for all.
Sign the international fur free retailer petition and encourage your friends to do the same. Ask your favorite retailers to take a stand against fur and join Consumers for a Fur Free Society as retailers such as H&M, Esprit, Mango, and Pier 1 have.
