Summary:
Three elephants escaped from a Shriner’s circus into the parking lot where the circus was held. No one was hurt, although some cars were damaged. The show was put on by Royal Hanneford Circus, but they hired Carson & Barnes Circus to exhibit the animals. Both companies were fined by the USDA for the incident.
