On March 28, 2015, Born Free USA teamed up with New York University’s Cruelty Free NYU group to host a symposium called “Breaking Free: Symposium on Animals in Captivity.” The symposium addressed the issue of captive animals and how to protect them from cruelty in zoos, circuses, and the exotic pet trade. New York University professors weighed in on the subject, followed by a presentation by Adam M. Roberts, CEO of Born Free USA. We look forward to continuing our lucrative partnership with Cruelty Free NYU for future events.
