Toronto Animal Control bylaws were amended to prevent a range of “exotic” animals from being displayed in the city. This will take away a major source of income from shady entities that warehouse animals who are taken into schools, malls, and other facilities, for so-called educational purposes. The precedent will have positive ramifications throughout Canada.
