Birdhouse

Every morning when I walk out the front of my house, I see our nearest bird feeder, hand-made with a roof from an Iowa automobile license plate. (My wife’s family is from Iowa). It is a little reminder about family, about helping to create wildlife-friendly environments right in your own home or neighborhood, and about the benefits of supporting charity with your purchasing power—in this case, Born Free USA![teaserbreak]

Summer is here and our annual Keep Wildlife in the Wild online auction is open for bidding! Maybe you want to take a few minutes this weekend to consider what might suit you, or whether someone you know has a birthday coming up soon, and place a bid. The auction will end this coming Monday, July 25 at 5:00PM Eastern.

We have some fantastic items for you to bid on this year. Whether you live on the West Coast or the East Coast, there is something for every animal lover in your life. Of course, you can always treat yourself to a special gift. I personally like the custom pet portraits offered by Amanda Van Buren and The Story Tree. I encourage you to head over to our auction homepage where you can browse, bid, and help wildlife today.

Look, let’s be honest; if you don’t bid, I will have to. And, while I am happy to get some great deals and contribute to our work, I don’t want to take all of the fun for myself!

Keep Wildlife in the Wild,
Adam
