H.B. 23: Requiring Permit for Dangerous Pet Snakes

Bill Description:
This bill adds poisonous or venomous snakes to the definition of animals inherently dangerous to humans.[teaserbreak]

This would make it unlawful for a person to import, transfer, sell, purchase or possess any poisonous or venomous snake unless that person holds a permit.
