USDA Cracks Down on Internet Pet Sales

The U.S. Department of Agriculture will now require internet-based animal sellers to meet minimum standards of animal welfare. This rule will force breeders to follow Animal Welfare Act guidelines when selling animals to buyers, sight unseen.
