Noah, right, goes above and beyond
for wild animals!

You don’t have to be an adult to make a difference. Our friend Noah, who is only in the fifth grade, recently helped animals worldwide by raising awareness about their suffering and even raising money for Born Free to continue fighting animal cruelty.

Born with a love for animals, Noah wanted to educate his classmates about keeping wildlife in the wild. He retrieved information and images from the Born Free USA website to promote living in harmony with wildlife and not using animals for our entertainment. Using these materials, Noah created a colorful poster board and powerful visual for the students.

He also made a game to raise funds for the animals! Students won jelly beans by throwing a penny into a fishbowl.

Noah said he chose to highlight animal cruelty because the cause touched his heart. If animals touch your heart, too, take a step toward ending cruelty today. Give a presentation at your school about wildlife, hold an event at your house to support Born Free USA, or raise money a few pennies at a time selling home-made goods.

Young people such as Noah ensure a better future for animals facing a life in captivity and you can help, too! Born Free USA hopes others kids will see Noah as an inspiration and role model. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help.

Thank you, Noah, for helping to keep wildlife in the wild!

Blogging off,
Will
