Bill Description: If passed, this bill will require pet stores and kennels that sell dogs to disclose to purchasers the name and contact information of the breeder or broker of the dog.

Purchasers have a right to know under what conditions the animals they purchase have been bred or from what kind of facility they were purchased. This legislation would require pet stores to disclose that information to consumers.
